न तत्र चक्षुर्गच्छति न वाग्गच्छति नो मनः ।
na tatra cakṣur gacchati na vāg gacchati no manaḥ |

Vedika commentary
The verse does not dismiss perception, speech, or thought. It shows their limit. The highest reality is not another object that the eye can seize, speech can define, or the mind can contain. This is humility before Brahman: study and language are valuable, but they point beyond themselves. The seeker must learn to honour what cannot be reduced to concepts.
Vedika distinguishes the original Sanskrit, a literal rendering, and an interpretive paraphrase so that the words of the text are never confused with explanation.
