“One who, while experiencing the results of one’s own actions, looks carefully for Your mercy, offering homage with heart, speech and body, and continues to live thus, becomes an heir to liberation.”
Vedika literal rendering; checked against the Sanskrit and Vaiṣṇava translations.
“Brahmā’s prayer joins honest endurance with active devotion: heart, words and body continue to bow toward Kṛṣṇa.”
Śrīmad Bhāgavata Purāṇa 10.14.8
Vedika commentary
Difficulty can scatter us into one inward belief, another public story and a third embodied action. The verse asks for integrity across all three while remaining receptive to grace.
Vedika distinguishes the original Sanskrit, a literal rendering, and an interpretive paraphrase so that the words of the text are never confused with explanation.
