सं गच्छध्वं सं वदध्वं सं वो मनांसि जानताम् । देवा भागं यथा पूर्वे सञ्जानाना उपासते ॥
saṃ gacchadhvaṃ saṃ vadadhvaṃ saṃ vo manāṃsi jānatām | devā bhāgaṃ yathā pūrve saṃjānānā upāsate ||
“Move together; speak together; let your minds know together, as the gods of old, being of one accord, attended their shared portion.”

Vedika commentary
Unity here is active coordination, not forced sameness. A group becomes stronger when people can name a common purpose, speak clearly and still contribute distinct judgment.
Vedika distinguishes the original Sanskrit, a literal rendering, and an interpretive paraphrase so that the words of the text are never confused with explanation.
