“Right vision, right knowledge and right conduct constitute the path to liberation.”
Vedika literal rendering informed by Jain translations and commentary.
“The Jain path refuses to isolate belief, understanding or behaviour: liberation requires the three jewels to support one another.”
Umāsvāti’s Tattvārtha Sūtra Umāsvāti, Tattvārtha Sūtra 1.1
Vedika commentary
Good intentions without understanding can mislead; knowledge without conduct remains inert; conduct without right vision can become performance. Alignment reveals where development is incomplete.
Vedika distinguishes the original Sanskrit, a literal rendering, and an interpretive paraphrase so that the words of the text are never confused with explanation.
