Narada is the great cosmic wanderer — a devarishi who travels ceaselessly across the three worlds with his vina, singing the names of Vishnu. He transmitted the musical tradition of the Samaveda to humanity and appears throughout the Puranas as catalyst, guide, and divine messenger.
